Hello there!
2 Months ago I started having Detachment from reality and i felt like the world is unreal. Since then i have it every day repeatedly.
I've read somewhere that Psychosis main symptom is Losing touch with reality.
But it also says hallucination and delusions are included also. I Dont have delusions nor hallucinate. But this stuff going around my head is really thinking me that im going insane. Since i was a kid i had anxiety panic attacks and phobias but this DPD happened to me a few sec or minutes or at least an hour never had it in daily basis.Btw i have these weird thoughts for exp: Is this my hand, or what are these stuff around me, or why did i move/said that.
Is it really Psychosis or DPD?
Before you guys say i have to see a Dr. I really im broke its really hard to find a job since i have been fired(due to this).
Any tip to help me know what im going would really be appricate.

Nobody here can diagnose you, but it definitely sounds sounds as if some derealization/depersonalization is going on.

Generally a psychotic disorder has multiple symptoms rather than solely feeling unreal. I'm not specialized in the human brain/emotions, but I think that the break from reality caused from psychosis is characterized by symptoms such as: disorganized speech/behavior, delusions, & hallucinations. You don't seem to have any of these from what you have said & clearly stated that you didn't have hallucinations nor delusions. Also I think I've read that these feelings can be caused by anxiety.

But like I said: nobody here can diagnose you & I am in no way a specialist.

Maybe you should go to the dissociation forum on here & ask them about this.

Hope that you are feeling better asap!
