Has anyone had CBT for anxiety? If so how effective did you find it?

Thanks.

Yes I've had some, I have found it pretty effective. I also use CBT/DBT workbooks at home, it can be hard work but I think it's worth it

I just graduated from my CBT course. It has made a tremendous difference in my life. Lots of hard work though.

Yes, CBT really helps with my anxiety and negative thinking. I am so thankful to my counselor for helping me find solutions.
