I am currently going through it, but I've never heard of anyone else's experience with therapy for social anxiety or anything related. So i was just wondering, how many sessions did you have in total? How long did it take for you to start talking? How does your therapist deal with your silence? Have you ever cried during therapy while you were still not comfortable talking to your therapist? How did they react? I'd like to hear responses from anyone of any age, but I'm especially interested in teens since I am one. Or if you're an adult but you had therapy as a teen.

I've had around 15 sessions now, but i still hardly speak a word. I just want to know if there are others with the same problem.

Thanks
