Anxiety has started to kick in now that it's down to the wire for me to move. I will be so glad to get out of this apartment, but at the same time it will be hard because it's the one place I've called 'home' for the past 11 years.

Dx: BP2 and MDD

Current meds: 100mg Wellbutrin; 200mg Lamictal; 400mg Seroquel at night; Xanax 1mg/PRN; 100mg/PRN Trazodone at night for insomnia
Diagnosed in May 2016

Well i dont know if it will help you out because anxiety starts from you and not the apartment but also apartament can cause you anegative state of mind that cause you anxiety and maybe moving out you will find other enviroment

Not sure if the move is out of positive or negative reasons. If it is positive, take something with you that reminds you of the apartment; it will soothe you
