im absolutely terrified right now! im so close to having a panic attack, which would make things so much worse because i get really nauseated when im panicking, and the nausea is what's setting it off. im scared of getting this flu so it's making my stomach uncomfortable, which in turn is making me more scared! flu *possible trigger, idk* flu *possible trigger, idk* flu *possible trigger, idk* flu *possible trigger, idk*
