I've been in therapy for my severe anxiety, depersonalization, derealization, and depression for three years now. I've continually deteriorated... I'm the worst I've ever been by far. I'm probably in the beginning stages of schizophrenia or something.
I haven't had any "ups" or made any progress just gotten worse. Has anybody else had this happen to them?

Wonder if T has mentioned the anxiety can be TRANSFERRED
from when we were children, from parents to world at large.
This was a great help to me,as I wasn't going to do it a SECOND TIME!

Hey Lulu1814.... Feel huged I am sorry you have to feel like that! How old are you ?!? You are saying that you are in therapy for 3 years for dp/dr,depression and anxiety?!? And was it your T who mentioned to you that you are in the early stage of schizophrenia or is it something that you are feeling like ?!! Give us some informations?!?

I promise you there will be better days! I suffer all what you describes aswell plus ocd! Worst thing ever is the depersonalisation and derealization ! I had a very bad phase about to weeks ago and I felt like I completely lose my mind! I can relate to this ans that's why believe me , that happy and good moments are waiting for you
Thanks for this!

I didn't improve much for several years. Then I changed therapist and doctor. Different approach and things improved...

I deal with all of what you mentioned too - it definitely is difficult. There was a moment after I left my T (I haven't gone back to another one, I'm currently looking but can't afford some/tried to get help but get denied) where things actually seemed good and I was going out more and felt happy. But it has all changed again and I feel like I'm going downhill, espcecially due to the things going on around me - I sometimes think I am in the early stages of schizophrenia too or something. You're not alone. I try to do better and I manage alright for the most part. If you ever need someone to talk to feel free to reach out to me! I know I probably don't have much to offer but sometimes chatting and getting things out can help.
