There was no place for PMDD so I'm posting this here.

I have had severe PMDD since I was 11. When I was 14 it got so bad that I would end up in the hospital everytime. I am on seasonale now and have only been in the hospital 3 times in the past 9 years. I am PMSing right now and it is bad. I got so angry I stormed out of my house and walked 1.5 miles to the store. I am very irritable and overwhelmed and I am dizzy have headaches and am sick to my stomach but hungry at the same time. I am also exhausted. I feel like I'm not in control. I know this will pass in a week or so and I'll be fine for 3 months but it's just very stressful. Does Anyone else have this and how do you deal with it? I just want to sit on the couch with a jar of cookie butter.

It's awful for me, too. SSRI helps a bit plus Klonopin. I still struggle, though.
