I'm freaking out a bit right now. I don't know if what I'm typing is in a dream or if it's real. I don't know if I'm awake. I don't even know if I'm actually real and not dead or something. I hate this so much. I really hate this.

Are you dissociating right now? Do you have a pet or even a stuffed animal you can touch? That helps me.

Yeah. I took a vistaril to calm down the anxiety. I'm still dissociating, just minus the anxiety. Now I'm just disconnected. I think I'll eat, watch a movie and go to sleep.
My PTSD was making me go in and out of flashbacks so rapidly that it caused me to get this bad. Now, they've stopped for the most part. I just have to stay calm.

Thanks. If I'm not dreaming and I fall asleep I'll probably feel like an idiot tomorrow for making this thread. At least that means the other stuff isn't happening, though.
