I am going to begin my journey by listing the positive things I have experienced today.
• got a promotion at work! • spoke my opinion on a matter and got a lot of support in return • conquered a quiz! %100 yay! I would also like to set some goals for this coming week! • finish my to-do list! ![]() • take my boyfriend out for a simplistic date • spend a day to myself without stressing out about being alone __________ What were some positive things you experienced today? Ths its the way to go .You must focus everyday on positive aspects on your life on your goals etc .This take your energy from negative to positive and you will get good results in life
