Fear of judging
Fear of not being good enough
Fear of disappointing people
Fear of not belonging
Fear of people and what will happen
Fear of being alone
Fear of being the loser

You are more than those thoughts! Don't let them consume you. It's okay to feel this way, we're only human after all.
You are a valuable person, do your best and don't give up.
Take care of yourself, you're worth just as much as anybody else, it's okay to be selfish sometimes.
Other's opinions and judgements do not matter, be yourself as best you can.
Only by being yourself might you find where you belong.

Stay strong!

I have a lot of the same fears plus some. I get by, by arguing with myself about how likely my worries are to happen. Usually I can convince myself that they are unfounded.

wow, powerful words. Words I've spent too much time thinking about. Words that rob. Change them to the opposite - and add a powerful example:

I fear not to be judged; for I don't care what others think.
I am good enough; for I have been recognized (have you ever gotten an award?)
etc, etc.

I am so tired I don't have the energy to argue.
I'm blah. And nervous. And overwhelmed. I don't know what to do or which way to turn. I am failing miserably. Nothing I do is well.

Being you is enough. You are an amazing ray of sun behind those clouds of fears.

It is in tiny moments (like this) that we matter. You are making a connection with others or with nature or yourself. I feel tiny matters. And, you never know when a tiny moment makes positively impacts someone or makes a huge impact in this world.
