So I'm new here and just wanted to say hi to the anxiety forum and introduce myself. I'm a college student who has been struggling with anxiety for the past five years. It's been a long journey, from medication to medication to therapist to therapist. It's gotten better then worse then so so. It feels like whenever I think Ive beaten the anxiety it comes back again when I least expect it. At the moment what I'm currently struggling with is chest cold(my family tells me) and of course I've been thinking that it's something even deadlier like pneumonia or something. The coughing spells I've had make me feel like I can't breathe and that's when the panic kicks in. Anyway I have a dr. appointment this afternoon to see about my cold. Like the title of this thread, still struggling.
Hugs from:

I have something unknown to me that triggers sneezing at some of the most-inconvenient times, and those sneezes often instantly produce some overall stress leading to anger and anxiety.

How did things go with the doc?

Yes, and thanks for the update! I was in the hospital for a few days a couple of months ago and left there with what seemed like a fist-full of new prescriptions...and at least you have only one!
