Has anyone tried pure non-THC CBD oil? Did it help at all with anxiety? Please share your experience and suggestions.

I never have and can't, but a local friend of mine with anxiety and other mental disorders has, and she said it works wonders for her and her clients. She sells and uses the non-THC kind (the only legal kind in our red state). She said it does wonders to help those with anxiety and other related disorders.
Nowadays, you can ask your primary care or psychiatrist about taking this, and see what they say about any potential interactions. Hopefully they aren't being political when they answer your questions. For those wishing to work for the government or even volunteering at the VA as part of vocational rehabilitation, however, I believe that CBD is still not allowed, with or without the THC. For those reasons, some people will elect not to use it. But if you're never going to work for the government or utilize the VA's vocational rehabilitation services (now called VRE), then sure, it sounds like a great alternative. |

Hi there.
CBD (high quality at least) helps with my anxiety quite a bit. I like Charlottes Web. Definitely research the brand before indulging / buying. I’ve found full spectrum helps a lot of people (has an extremely small amount of THC) versus isolate which only has the CBD. |
