I feel like there is constant anxiety. Always something they're making me worry. Nothing comes easy this year. I am scared. When is it going to stop. I'm tired of the tight chest. I'm tired of the headache. Everything is doable but it is stressful along the way. Change and uncertainty. Themes of the year. So much stuck in my head. So many thoughts. I'm sorry.

The self-doubt that I can handle uncertainty and change causes me to worry too. I am trying to learn to trust in myself and recognize there is strength that shows up when I am in the moments where I have to handle change. Looking back in my life, I always pull through.

Trust now that your inner strength will help take care of you in future uncertain moments. Believe the "you in the future" will handle it and you don't need to worry today.
