Does anyone get it, when you have hunger pangs in your stomach but yet cannot swallow any food? It is scary for me.

Yes, when my anxiety is really bad I cannot eat normal food at all. It's terrible. I slowly eat some rice cakes and drink water.

Yes. I seem to be able to drink, though, so I buy those protein smoothies to get some nutrition in me. Also, I seem to be able sometimes to eat chicken noodle soup.
