I'm having a better day than yesterday. I walked then showered this morning, and went to a process class.

Then it was time for lunch. After lunch I had time to write in my journal. I listed a whole page of pros and only one con. I still have trouble when I get anxious of not hitting or kicking things in my apartment. Once I can control my anger, I will be free to go home.

This afternoon a good friend helped me with PsychCentral. She told me how to add a new post. I tried yesterday, but became anxious and left me nervous the rest of the day. Thank goodness for her help.

I understand how routine things we once did become very hard. I also struggle with computers they overwhelm me. I hope you keep improving and posting here.
