Hi everybody ,

Do you want to know how i learned to control an axiety attack ?
Hell , I have even learned how to trigger one in less than a second.

I am sure you all know this feeling when you are sitting inside your house ,you get a panic attack ,and you feel like you just want to get out of the house and run.At the same time you feel like you can't use your brain to think clearly.
You know why ? Because in immediate danger ,if your brain was in full mode ,seconds of delay in your thinking can get you killed.
But a panic attack works in a way that it arranges your body in a way for you to just run away from danger.
If you would face a lion in the wild ,you would immediately run away ,your body arranged all the energy for you escape that danger.

But when you get a panic attack ,without facing any danger ,you are actually more scared than facing real danger ,because you dont know where the danger is ,you are just in panic mode.
KEEP IN MIND that you have tricked your body in believing that you are in danger.Realize how relieved you feel after a panic attack.Hasn't just something terrifying made your body end up in a state of relief and cool down ?
Treat that feeling of incoming panic attack as something that is bored and is playing games with you ,because whatever stress it causes for a few seconds ,the end is relief.So why let your body bother releasing chemicals and using resources ? The end of your panic attack is no harm ,there is relief.Your body is going to cool down ,there won't even be scratch mark on any part of your body.
What your anxious body is trying to tell you is that there are issues in your subconsciousness that you need to face.The more you try to push them away ,the greater they become and you will ultimately have a panic attack if you didnt learn how to stop it from even happening.

If you get panic attacks all day ,just remember that you can control it ,you can stop your body from releasing those chemicals that give you that feeling of panic.You are not in danger ,it is just your worried mind.Look for what is deeply hidden inside your mind that is causing you to worry and if you can't find a real cause they just do things that make you happy and keep you distracted from thinking about why you are being anxious.
Read online how fear is processed in your brain and how those chemicals are released after you perceive fear ,they are released to supposedly protect you ,nothing more.
You think the world outside is the scary part ? No ,you could be blind and still you can trigger panic attacks inside yourself all day.

You see how you can get an errection when you think about a hot girl in your mind ?

You can also trigger a panic attack the same way ,thinkin about stuff.

Remember ,panic attacks are there to protect you in real danger ,a panic attack that happens when there is no danger is the result of your anxious and overthinking brain.Control your thoughts ( I know it is hard ,but you can do it) ,distract yourself and do things that you like and you will feel better.
