Sharks and airplanes. I remind myself of the low probability of something happening and get in the ocean and on the plane anyway. Nervous but I do. I've also researched both topics for when things go wrong fairly extensively because I felt more knowledge would lessen my fear and help me learn how best to survive either. That's just me.

Thanks for this!

Oh that is a good one. Yeah I fear planes myself. I know the chances of a crash are slim but at the same time, if there is a crash you most likely will not survive unless it is already on the ground or close to the ground. I know car crashes are way more common but they are way more survivable. The only time I hear people getting killed in car crashes is when it involves a bigger vehicle crashing into a vehicle way smaller than it. Or just any two vehicles crashing together on a highway. Otherwise, car crashes are way more survivable.
