I am really struggling right now with my anxiety and depression. It's like a bad roller coaster I can't get off of. I'm getting tired of fighting this unending battle and I'm totally defeated and hopeless right now. Any encouragement would be appreciated.

Hi Jennifer1967, Depression and anxiety are exhausting battles. You are not alone in your fight. Is there something that has happened recently to make things worse for you?

I'm sorry to hear this it seems for me at least the more I fight the worse it gets. I can sometimes accept it as beyond my control and live with it. I seem to always go back and try and will it out of my life. It never works. We have spoken before about 1 little thing that you have done today. Like just getting out of bed. I know it's hard and your not alone. Take it easy.

Me too.

Sometimes not "fighting" helps. Taking a break helps. Get your "second wind".
