I have been on Prozac for about 2 years. I'm new to antidepressants how can I tell if they have stopped working or I need to try a different dosage?

I'm not having any bad side effects except for being drowsy but other than that it works ok.As far as anxiety symptoms I have symptoms every now and then that's difficult to cope with.

I take Prozac for depression and my pdoc recently increased the dosage because I keep going into depressions. That's how I knew it was losing its effectiveness. That's why I was asking if you are displaying any symptoms that would lead you to believe it's stopped working. Sounds like you're ok.
