Hello I’m a new member here. So ever since I was little, I get these fits of excitement or hyperactivity where I feel the need to laugh or make weird noises— almost nervous energy? They last like 10 seconds and are never caused by anything. Although I’ve never been diagnosed with anything but PTSD as a child, I suffer from anxiety/paranoia and depression. Can anyone relate to this? And would this be classified as anxiety?

Thanks for this!

Hi and welcome to PC!

Only a mental health professional can diagnose your condition. That being said, did they happen before the PTSD? I wonder if it's part of that or some other thing.

Hi there, I agree that you need to diagnose your issue. This is not good and can affect your health. My friend who faced this issue and he visited to Martine-fiance who helped him to overcome anxiety and depression.
