I think the vacation I am on has been good for my anxiety. I have been able to relax. Enjoy the time I have with my daughter. I even have a tan. Most of the time I am very pale, almost vampiric. It is a stay home vacation because my daughter is in school. My nanny has gone to Europe for her vacation. I really miss her we are very close friends. 2 more weeks of vacation to go.
