I have anxiety at times. Lately I have had instances where I feel my lips, fingertips, tongue are 'cold' - This seems to happen before I get pretty anxious and jumpy. So, because of that I figured it must be related to the anxiety? When I mention this though, people seem to not know what I'm talking about.
Any information or opinions appreciated!

Please, let me know if this happens to you also!

That sounds like anxiety to me. In fact, sudden cold feelings in your body is an anxiety symptom.

Is it just lately although you've had anxiety for awhile?
