Why do my legs always feel like they're going to give out on me, and why can I feel air going through them. Once I feel this sensation, the panic sets in and the attack begins.

Hello Warrior: I don't know as I really have an answer to your question. Assuming there's nothing going on with you medically, I presume what you're experiencing probably is anxiety-related. Anxiety is something I've struggled with for many years. And, over the course of those years, I've experienced all sorts of anxiety-related sensations.

I see this is your first post here on PC. So... welcome to PsychCentral! I hope you find the time you spend here to be of benefit. May I suggest you introduce yourself over on PC's New Member Introductions forum? Here's a link:

There's a lot of support that can be available here on PC. The more you post, & reply to other members' posts, the more a part of the community you will become. Plus there are the chat rooms where you'll be able to interact with other PC members in real time (once your first 5 posts have been reviewed & approved.) So please keep posting!

Anxiety symptoms often come with something else or it can be just anxiety disorder itself. Perhaps you may need to ask your doctor so you can get the support that you need.
