It wasn’t too bad today. I just worry about how I’ll pay for my meds if I lose my Medicare. My mom says that won’t happen for a couple years so not to worry about it right now.

I couldn’t tell. Work went fine. I then was feeling off. I dismissed it as anxiety. I then had a type of stomach issue I don’t normally associate with anxiety . So maybe the anxiety I was having was something legit physical. That’s the problem though. You seriously can’t always just dismiss everything as in your head sometimes there truly is something physical going on.

Anxiety is bad at work and get home, walk my dog, do some chores, heat up dinner, watch funny show or movie, and can relax then. Why does anxiety have to be increased at work, some is ok to perform better, but too much is not fun. Will keep trying to do my best and fight it off, the anxiety, sometimes depression.

I don’t know. My stomach is all up in knots and I can’t eat much more then 1,150 calories a day. I’ve lost about 10 pounds since coming back from vacation on Labor Day. My doctor put me on topamax and on Xanax and I think the topamax is cancelling the Xanax out but I like the fact I’m losing weight so I feel like the anxiety is manageable. Maybe it really isn’t even anxiety but just stomach issues from topamax. I’ve heard other people say that can do a number on your stomach.

My anxiety is and has been something terrible for a few months. I am seeing a psychiatrist on Tuesday. My mind is convincing me that some friends that have been suggesting this help for a bit will be walking away as soon as I get this help. I know it is probably just my head and not really gonna happen but it doesn't help me to get it to stop. Ugh! Anxiety is horrible when it feels like it is bordering on paranoia and it's happening a lot lately.

I just have to admit it to myself. My SAD has started. I’m depressed, anxious, constantly freezing. Plus the weather is cold, cloudy, and rainy. I guess it’s time to start using the light box. This is about the time it starts anyways. So I shouldn’t be surprised.

It will get better around the middle of November and be ok until December 28th and then be terrible until mid March.

Then mid March until October it’s like “what does depression feel like?”

Xanax takes care of the anxiety just fine it’s the other symptoms that are hard.

I'm feeling less anxious than usual even with less Xanax. My sleep schedule has been terrible though.

My anxiety was kind of bad around 1 this afternoon I think because of the large iced tea I had at noon.

I don't think I've ever checked in here before. I have bad anxiety most days. Just can't sleep or relax. I'm going to try and get valium when I see my doc next week. I used to have it.

anxious day. i have to cook a chicken meal that was too salty last time. Just do less salt you say?? well, yes, but there are too many other variables that I could still mess up on. And now I wait for the chicken to thaw, trying to delay or eliminate my anxiety. Sigh
