Still don't know what hours daughter's boyfriend will be working Christmas Eve. I'm rather nervous about this, because I want to be able to plan that day and know what we're doing. It makes me anxious that he waits until the last minute to do things. It reminds me of my last abuser, who did the same thing and bragged about it.

On the plus side, everyone liked the apple pie so I will do hat Friday. My daughter is still making cookies on Saturday for her boyfriend's family's holiday dinner.

Try to work on new software to stay busy. So, yeah, that kind of day.

I'm sorry! I had a friend who did that to me.

Feeling really tired and depressed, with physical aches and pains to match. Still anxious but this has sunk me to a new low.

I'm so impressed how well u all seem to handle this anxiety monster. Handled a lot of things but this anxiety is winning. Need to go grocery shopping but don't want to leave the house even with anxiety pills in my pocket, purse, car, always within reach. Course being in control of myself has always been my thing. If Powers that be r trying to teach me something, I don't know what it is but I officially holler Uncle!

I completely agree! I don't have anything to take for anxiety.

I'm feeling okay at the moment. Nothing extreme. In November, last month, I've been dealing with daily bouts of anxiety that go up and down. It sucks. But I still manage to maintain despite my anxiety.

I wish that I could say that I could manage my anxiety this month.

I had an anxiety attack this morning. My stomach stills feels uneasy. I see pdoc tonight, I'm nervous. I have nothing against pdoc but her office triggers my PTSD a bit so it can be hard to go there. But she's a good doctor and I only see her once a month so I keep going.
