Some triggering material mentioned in this. Warning.

I have realized now that I have a really bad fear of pain. It mainly shows itself in my fear of falling, as I don’t want to get hurt if I do fall. But I can’t say why I am scared of pain. I know humans don’t like to experience pain, but I feel mine is really bad; the fear. It’s the main thing that holds me back from
Possible trigger:
I just am really scared of pain.

I can relate to this. I've also never been good with pain. It is, for me as well, one of the things that prevent me from doing something I might otherwise attempt. So perhaps a good healthy fear of pain isn't all bad?

I know it is helping me with that aspect.

It just doesn’t help me when I have to walk to school when it just snowed the previous night. It takes me a long time to walk because of this fear when ice is involved...
