Anxiety wins. I had an important meeting today and I emailed them last night to cancel. Everything about that situation was giving me anxiety and I felt completely sick. My therapist and I had gone over a plan/strategy to get me through it but I tossed that aside. Instead I've laid in bed under my weighted blanket, petting my dog, avoiding the world.

I've learned that some days are like this. I chose not to fight my anxiety today and that's okay. Tomorrow is a new day.

Sharing this in case you get hard on yourself like I normally do. We will all have bad days and its okay. Sometimes strength is knowing when you just need a little more self love.
