So does mindfulness and positive thinking really work. I haven’t had much luck. Lots of negative thoughts since I have been verbally abused. Moms there to smash any ambition I have.

Hi palsera,
I really believe mindfulness and positive thinking work, and it’s a constant effort to use them. For some of us, it’s natural and easy to think negatively. It requires work to replace the negative thoughts. I like to watch mindfulness videos on YouTube and also hypnotherapy videos for positive thinking.
Best wishes on your path.

Thanks for this!
