Anyone else have this? For example I'm(would not say I'm a germaphobe, I'm more just afraid of getting sick from germs). Last night I took my glasses off and kinda tossed them on my desk but a few seconds later they fell on the ground and I've just ever since been worrying even if I wash them they are gonna have "germs" on them and make me sick when i eventually have to wear them again. Does anyone else get anxiety over things similiar like this?

I’m a microbiologist.....right now the bacteria in poop are the hottest new trend....people are getting other people’s poop implanted to help cure disease. This is an actual medical procedure. In comparison your glasses will be fine....

Oh, geez, I do not like going anywhere during flu season because I freak about catching something there. I won't touch my food with my bare hands if I haven't washed them at least twice before.

Sometimes, this gets really annoying. It's more embarrassing than anything else. Yet, I did mention it to my therapist and turns out she feels similar sometimes. At least I got a huge laugh out of it thinking, oh well, then it can't be too bad.

All the time I have ocd too so thats what causes mine. I'm constantly cleaning and disinfecting things. With flu season in full effect I'm a little worried about it.

I️ got the flu shot for the first time in 8 years. I’m terrified. I️ made kind of a big fuss and made my brother get his first flu shot in his life. I️ have not gotten the flu since 2006, and I’ve only had the flu shot 3 times since then. So I’m praying I’m ok with the flu shot. I️t seems the incidents I’ve heard about on the news are about people who didn’t get the flu shot. I️ get anxiety about bad stuff that didn’t happen, and I’m worried if I️ hadn’t seen this article on Facebook I️ wouldn’t have thought to get the flu shot. I️ basically live under a rock and don’t pay attention to current events. Like I️ had no idea about the government shut down until I️t actually happened.
