I tried to fall asleep last night and every time I would, I would get a wave of overwhelming anxiety. I wanted to go to bed early since I did have to wake up early today, but I didn’t. I was so anxious. It may due to the fact that I am going to report something that happened to me to the police in less than a week, and I had the meeting yesterday about when this would be. So I was anxious about that. Other than that, nothing else that was that overwhelming. I ended up taking Ativan to fall asleep because of the overwhelming anxiety and need to sleep, even though I took both my sleeping aids. I went to sleep soon after. It was quite awful...
