Hi I've worried about this quite a few times but I'm panicking I'm short of breath I'm scared I use to exercise but I don't too much anymore and I'm scared that this is hurting me what do I do

You could try a low carb diet. I lost about 75 pounds and it’s the only way I’ve lost weight permanently.
