Anyone take the psychology today anxiety quiz? My anxiety right now is ranking above 90% of the population. My head is so loud, realizing I hear voice on again off again, some of the darkest thoughts to date(well since going off meds in July 2016). Gonna talk to my T...might need to go IP. I still cant believe I’m saying that.
