So im just getting back from orlando anyways i've been drawing and i dont feel like i got anxiety but im taking like 50 breaths per minute when im focused is this health or anxiety related also can someone recommend a good health forum here on tapatalk

Well... I don't know whether your breathing problems are related to anxiety or health. Personally I don't believe anyone, here on PC, can tell you that. I seem to recall you writing that you're quite heavy? Perhaps the breathing problems you're experiencing are a mixture of both anxiety & health. What would make sense, to me at least, would be to have this checked out by your medical doctor. I'm sorry I'm not familiar with Tapatalk.
