I've noticed that whenever I am in an anxious mood I start to become light headed and feel as though I may pass out. However, it is just an anxious mood and not a panic attack or such. Is there a connection or is this unrelated.

It's been happening to me since december go to your doctor about anxiety and see what they say if you pass out however go to the emergency room i take hydroxyzine and it works so good and you can have panic attacks but no symptoms if you get short of breath could be a panic attack but remember breath in and out dont gasp with your mouth but then again im not an Dr. -~Fluff~-
