I’m bp mixed states w anxiety so eMoodTracker for bipolar online is great for telling me where I am on the spectrum. I also rapid cycle so using this tool is like fast journaling to tell me when to modify my activities when I am up or down, sluggish, irritable, whatever. You and your docs can use it to be more productive. Great tool. Tracks About 8 different measures daily.
Thanks for this!
