Ever since I been depressed I started a slow slope of being less social and started getting depressed about seeing people. Just seeing them and thinking of their success and with women how I had no chance to get with them or they thought. Very self conscious.
I don’t go out anymore cause of this anxiety of getting depressed. I need t get out and enjoy life but I always back out.

Yes, it's a difficult way to be, but it's not really your fault. I know how it is. Do you have one caring type of friend or acquaintance you could contact to go out with? To a cafe or movie. Someone to keep you company, so you can begin to branch out again.
