My sister says she judges herself after talking with people because she feels like she has talked too much or something, even though she knows that they don't care about the simple conversation. Also when she hanged out with some high school friend she explained to me how it went and to me it sounded as if she was very rude and antisocial. She tells me she hates talking to people, but when I saw his messages, it looked like he was just trying to be friends. She kept avoiding his attempts to start a conversation. Also she broke some of these kind of unspoken social rules that I think made her seem a bit rude. Like, she told him "you can go" when she was going home instead of saying "imma head home now, cya later" as to not seem rude. I don't know how to help my sister be less judge mental or antisocial and selfless/selfish, since I've always thought she knew how to do everything.

Maybe over time she'll learn to modify the way she talks to people - she's still young obviously, so things can change. But, yes, it's easy to say something antisocial if you believe in your mind that people are against you, when in fact they are not. It's something I struggle with as well, sometimes. Maybe she believes people are against her? It's not an uncommon thing to think.
