So I had a very strong tea[4spoons of tea for one cup] because my exams i cant focus and i have mood swings and kinda shivering. I guess this is the opposite of focus. panicking. feel kinda dizzy. feel worthless at the came time trying to concentrate[woulda helped if i studied earlier, inspite of mood swings and other stuff]. cant. post wouldn't be like this if i was fine. sry abt that. dont really know the point of this post. just posting hoping i feel better talking to someone abt it. really scared of blowing it. i dont wanna fail this time. not what i planned for today.

I'm sorry never.happy. I would get really anxious when I was in school too. Maybe try to cut back on the caffeine. Although it helps some people focus, it makes others more anxious.

hey, wouold working out or eating somn or dancing or something help or does it just make things worse? according to your experience? also, i dont do the catteine thing often.
