So i have a few issues:
Anxiety
Dissociative Idenity Disorder
Dyslexia
Dispraxia

All together they make life hard for me, but the worst bit that I struggle with the most is I believe part of the anxiety is everyday I have what I call "my head attacking me."
What this entails is I have a memory of something in my past, it can be a good memory or a bad one; this could be something good like carrying a cup of tea upstairs, or playing a game on my Xbox or something bad like an argument with my partner. The affects of having any kind or memory is the same, my head starts to hurt and it feels like someone is squeezing my brain and squishing it like a grape, which as you could guess hurts, a lot.

So my main thing is how am I supossed to deal with this in my day to day life

Hello frogangel: I see this is your first post here on PC. So... welcome to PsychCentral!

I don't know as there is a lot I can suggest here with regard to your concerns. This sounds to me like anxiety which is something you indicated you have. Here are links to some articles, from PsychCentral's archives, on the subject of how to manage anxiety. Perhaps some of the information in these articles will be of some help:

https://psychcentral.com/blog/11-tip...anage-anxiety/

https://psychcentral.com/lib/15-smal...iety-symptoms/

https://psychcentral.com/lib/top-10-...s-for-anxiety/

https://psychcentral.com/lib/20-tips...e-your-stress/

https://psychcentral.com/lib/tips-fo...g-your-stress/

https://psychcentral.com/blog/10-pra...handle-stress/

Another condition you mentioned having is Dissociative Disorder. There is a forum, here on PC, dedicated to that condition. Here's a link:

I hope you find the time you spend here to be of benefit.

Reading articles does not help a friend of mine said this app was very helpful all I see is people pawing each other off and never actually helping anyone
Why does nobody bother to talk or even ask why people are feeling the way they do
I'm off to talklife people actually talk on there and it only takes then 5 secs to reply not 2 weeks
