Is throwing up because of too much anxiety a thing? If so that's about where I've been at the last couple of days :/

Thank y'all for the responses and for that link. I found that taking about a mile and a half walk actually helped reduce the nausea a lot!

I get nausea (and sometimes severe enough to lead to vomiting) sometimes with my anxiety too.
