I understand how you are feeling. I'm sorry that you are feeling sad. But usually I feel sad or no reason at all. But the thing that keeps my mind together is doing yoga. You should try it! After all, remember that all of us care about you.

I generally feel sad off an on throughout the day, but it usually goes away. The trick is to keep yourself occupied and focus on other stuff that may help ease your sadness. That can be difficult when you’re feeling depressed, but general sadness should be able to be amended better than depression if that’s what you’re feeling. Maybe try setting goals when you’re sad and if you accomplish them perhaps you’ll feel more successful, thus happy.

I hope you are feeling much better today! Falling into those sad spells can be debilitating.

Hope you feel better soon. Someone once told me you can’t have happy days without the sad days... it balances out... something like that. Be kind to yourself when you’re feeling sad -just as you would be to a friend or loved one.
Thanks for this!
