Help and advice, Anxiety, Panic and Phobias

Hi guys
I need advice. I was told that I could switch my meds from Prozac to Lexapro for Panic and OCD. I also have the option of trying to do without. I am not sure what to do. Meds help a little.not much. But.I am scared b/c I have been in very bad shape and I heard that there is a 90% chance of relapse. ??? ANyone
