I felt like I was having panic attacks in my sleep this morning. I use stress relief soap every morning. It’s pretty helpful.

I get it too, I have to get up and go...stay focused on getting ready for work and run out the door. If I have a few minutes to relax, that's when my anexiety kicks in.
Thanks for this!
