On Monday I went to the ER for stomach pain, sweating, and lightheadedness.

The doctor didn't find anything wrong with me. But prescribed pain medication and anti nausea medication.

I'm so confused the doctor found nothing wrong.

I'm still having the symptoms too.

Is it possible these symptoms are just a part of my anxiety and my anxiety is causing this?

Possible, yes. But I think a lot of doctors are too quick to blame everything on anxiety.
If you're really worried, go see your doctor. Maybe they can give you some peace of mind.
