So uhm, ive been having some severe anxiety over the past two months. I've always dealt with anxiety and panic attacks since I could remember, only calmed during bouts of severe depression. But in the past couple months my anxiety has been much higher than normal, leaving me with 2-3 panic attacks per day.
Now whats weird is i get the general anxiety, but then i start getting anxiety over death and the thought of dying and then i overanalyze my breathing, thinking I'm not breathing right, (usually causing me to panic in which case i breathe heavily), then i overanalyze me swallowing, afraid ill choke i refuse to drink anything, even water, and refuse food of any kind. Obviously, this causes a lot of problems.. and im just not sure what to do about any of it. I used to be on medication for anxiety but did not like it and would not like to be put back on it. I prefer natural remedies and such.

Thanks & Blessed be,
Oizys
