when you're out and need to alert people you are anxious, do you use an alarm?
I actually have 3 I wear 1 on my wrist, and carry 2 around with me may be a little accessive, but carrying around these alarms really help me- and I know if I did get too anxious, no matter what happened (even if I couldn't talk or anything), I had my alarms to let people know |

I've never heard of this, how does it work?
When I go into panic mode I grab my chest near my heart. Every single time. I do it involuntarily and people know I'm having a panic attack. For mild anxiety I wring my hands or shred Kleenex in my pocket. Its apparent to anyone who knows me when I'm not okay. But anyways, I'm curious to hear more about the alarm. |

it's like on a chain if you're feeling anxious or pannicky, you pull the front of the chain out, and the alarm makes a noise alerting people of the fact you are anxious and you are vunnerable. I have 3 of these |

the best way I can describe it actually.. have you ever seen an attack alarm?
you're out in the street and someone attacks you, so you press the button to alert people around you well, that, but with anxiety get anxious and you pull the alarl that way people around you can help you and understand |
