Hi
so lately i been quit nervous and i was scared to say hi to someone i tired three times the two times nothing happen they did not say hi back i am guessing they did not hear me i did say it kind of quiet. but today was the 3 time and i wave and he wave back. so i did take the clonazepam before i left the house and it seem to help me i was excited after that so it made my day. Has anyone else used clonazepam and has it helped them?

In the past, clonazepam has helped me with social anxiety.
I now use gabapentin.

I hope clonazepam continues to help you!

Yeah, clonazepam helps me. I only take it as needed . . . well, it's listed as needed, but I should probably take it more than I do. It's only 0.5mg and that's generally enough, but I've been known to take two when things seem really out of control. I've never talked to my psychiatrist about that, but I don't think he'd be too worried about it. He's said before that he knows I hardly take them and sometimes it's just the comfort of knowing it's there and he's least worried about me overtaking or abusing them of all the patients he's had.

I don't know if you're on other meds or in b therapy currently (interpersonal, CBT, etc.), but you might want to consider it so you have multiple tools to handle the anxiety

I been on this medication since 2016 which been a while i did take it today but i was pretty nervous but really didn't have the time to say hi. my next step is to tell him my name which i am scared to. any suggest
