My anxiety is ok today. I have a mild sore throat, but no cough or fever. I’m not freaking out over it. I’m exhausted though but I’m doing ok today.

I feel anxious physically, but I'm not sure what I have to be anxious about. I know I was upset about my food delivery. I don't think DoorDash handled it properly. But I'm trying to take deep breaths to calm down.

I feel overwhelmed with anxiety tonight. I've had high anxiety all week. I am trying to manage it as well as I can and calm down.

Woke this morning with the same high anxiety. Physically, I can feel it. I will have to look for ways to calm myself today.

My anxiety sucks today because my moods and stomach are off. I should have gotten my period on Monday. It is possible my periods have already stopped. It’s early for them to stop but it’s not impossible.

I did wake up at 6:00 am in the morning after having a bad dream. My dream was working at my old job with my manager. I guess it was more like a nightmare because I took a klonopin, I was only going to take it half, but it broke. I'm a bit concerned about my bad dreams and I wake up around the same time lately.

I'm feeling better this morning. I feel calm and relaxed. I think getting enough sleep really helped.

I haven't felt any anxiety symptoms for a while now. I've actually been feeling much better about myself for the past few weeks. Not sure why, but I'm going with it.

I’ve been productive at work today, but my stomach has been killing me! Surprisingly, my anxiety hasn’t been too horrible today regardless of the fact that I didn’t get quality sleep.

I haven’t been feeling anxious today. I guess maybe because I was under my weighted blankets for a lot of the time.
