How could I possibly wake up at 7am, work all day, have a migraine, NOT take a nap, and yet I’m here awake at midnight?

My older cat is crying. That always upsets me and stresses me out. Maybe he needs food. I will try. But often he cries for me to let him out. He's an indoor kitty.

I can’t really tell what’s anxiety and what’s not today. the lawn guys were here and someone else is doing lawn work. I could just have bad allergies today. I just took 2 Xanax.

I took Ativan before falling asleep. It has worn off and I still would like to have another 3 hours of sleep. But I don't feel like sleeping. Because that would bring the time with t sooner. Then again that doesn't work that way. Time passes either way.

Just trying to fall asleep and had a disturbing dream with some disturbing thoughts that felt rather intense. I feel more awake, but my anxiety is making me question WHERE these thoughts are coming from! Just trying to take some deep breaths and take it all in.

Edit: things are so hard without you here, mom. Nothing makes sense anymore. Nothing. I have to do redo everything. I miss you so badly.

I feel anxious at the moment and start to get a bit sweaty. I was doing homework online, but I think I would take a break. I have to go to Walmart tomorrow to pick up my meds, hopefully it goes okay.

I only took one Xanax today. So it wasn’t terrible. I have control over food most of the time, but man if my doctor ever decides to take me off Xanax I am in huge trouble.
