I cant accept changes in about anything…
like in change of routine, change of working schedule, of planned eating, of meet ups etc.
i just hate them so much. how can i accept them more easily?

I'm so happy to see you back, sinking Yes, changes are pretty hard to deal with. Unfortunately they're inevitable. What is it that usually bothers you about these changea? Can you see a pattern? Perhaps you could start working from there. How much time do you usually need to adjust to changes? Please don't give up. Changes are hard but they can be dealt with. You just need a little patience.
